Strengths
- Licensed and live in Louisiana since 28 Jan 2022 (LGCB license B016503468); state-specific landing page carries its own welcome banner
- Offers "our best promotions and offers without the need of a promo code" — no code entry required at signup
- Low $5 qualifying bet with full per-promotion terms shown before opt-in, plus a 20% first-deposit play-through bonus (min $5 deposit)
Weaknesses
- Individual offer terms sit behind a login on sportsbook.draftkings.com/promos, so reward release values cannot be publicly re-verified
- Mobile availability varies by parish, and the deposit-match tier's playthrough multiple is not published on any DraftKings-owned page
